A few sketch and proposal about self improvement

1- You are a brand
How do people remember you? or Really do they remember you? or How do they talk about you? What effect doing you want to have on the people? Do the people listen you even though you say right? When others say the same thing as you, the people who don’t listen to you, do they say yes, is that so true? Do they behave as if you are not exist? If you would say yes to most of the above, the problem might be in you. Forget the bullshit like inner beauty, wisdom etc. Those who defend this ideas even care about external beauty. Your appearance, attire, accessory, hair, odor will be your brand value. These will be things that making room to you, turning the spotlight on you when you into any environment and it will make you feel good. That’s why you should take care of them.

2-Chain reaction
The topics that I will cover below are the issues that trigger each other. It is necessary to support them and not to lose the relationship between them as much as possible.
a) You become what you eat
Whatever you eat in a daily food but you keep away packaged product, processed food, excessively salty, sugary and fatty foods. You must keep in balance it a way that maintainsürdürmek / bakım yapmak so as to will be carbohydrate, protein and healthy oil in your nutrition. Pay attention quantity of drink water throughout the day. Drink enough water or thirst and the foods you eat is affect your brain positively or negatively. Quality foods and enough water provide the energy until end of the day and besides In this way ensure you can make better and easier communicate, be active, decide, thinking so on.
b)Move on
No matter how old how busy you are, must be active. We should include whatever sport in our life. Sport is gain us discipline and stability. In addition that ensure you become healthy and it increase your durability against the diseases, tiredness and fatigue. At least 2 days workout a per week it help you to regular blood pressure, release the happy hormone and get rid of toxins by sweating.
c)Posture
Your posture has a contribution to your success. It is difficult to learn anything with leaning forward stance and with slumped shoulders. You can’t breathe enough and if not enough take a breath, it causes less oxygen to go to the brain. Your stance make you look reliable, leader and self confidence.

Things of the above I said, these are so many related each others that if one of them is missing, others could be affected too.
We can increase number of this type examples.

3- You are your own best friend and confidant
Humans are social creature that need to socialize. Of course there is a balance in the subject as there is balance everywhere, it consist unwritten rules, anyone who smiles in your face is not always your friend. Not everything is explain to everyone, not mentioned about your goals. You don’t talk about your objectives and aims, stay quiet and wait up to they mature. When the time is right you will shine
