How provide balance in work, social and private life?

If you are wanting to arrange a balance between each of these but you don’t know what you would do, you are in right topic but wrong article. Because I don’t know too :) Maybe, someone is knowing this and maybe say this secret to stability and maintain.

Let me say you that I am already ignorance and I have been unsuccessful for years about this topic, if you are looking for the answer it you don’t waste your time here, go and look other article and if you find it, let me know that the answer or the url your find. :)

let’s get back to my situation. I have many plans, ideas and objectives to do like many others people. I was set them myself or life comes had them this point. I have trying to carry out them. In this stage I noticed that I missing on that what I say the valuable.

Imagine a scale that has a pan more than one that you have to balance it. You are putting social life on side of that and put other side your private life and goes on like this. If the one side outweigth other side is missing.

For instance, you decide to live health and adjustment your everything according this. Get up early, go to gym, eat healthy food, regular sleep in short, you are paying attention whole process and then you spend many time, developed your body, reached you goal but the missing field that other side from scale pan break out. Let this field be work life ; you were not prepared properly into your work’s task, you forgot anything and so on.

you are getting the business in your agenda and goal, to successful and promotion you are working hard then you obtain something of your goals but turning and looking on your body shape, you couldn’t believe what you see. You neglected your body. Formerly your body was like Greek gods but now it is turned into a pitcher, in addition some diseases arose like as diabetic, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, hernia, cholesterol (my diseases examples is for white collar and who work sitting. you can also add occupational diseases into this list to related your business sector)

here is you have to change your point of view, the change is passing from the outweigh to the other. In end of the day, week or month your goals is not being finish like you want.
