It is independent from what you do, your education, your competence, your job or quantity of your fortune. It’s important that how are you living your life and how are you making an impact on your environment.
If you would like to gain that your need competence, skill, money, fame etc. or if you would like to protect and maintain what you have, keep reading to what it means of 4 main pillars.

1-Physical: This pillar is contains exercise, nutrition. In fact everyone know those and generally easier said than done, right? We have to pay attention in the physical matters. In the result we are what we eat. My advice, do exercise that whatever you can do that. Whether it’s long and brisk walk or fitness but as long as do it at least 3 times a per week. Of course you should support your body with healthy nutrition, you have to give it what its need. In this way you will obtain good body shape, self confidence, get attention, nice mental healty and so the success comes. Even if the success is not comes you will only be happy. Is not it enough?

2-Social and Emotional: Human is a social being. I am not talking about socialize in social media. I wanted to say that face to face communication, conversation, connection. It is not on keyboard or virtual. Especially it is quite worthy that spent time with family. it is increased socialization and strengthens emotional bonds. A little hug have a big impact in your stress, blood pressure and anxiety. You should evaluate this. You must start with your 1st degree relative and then you must widen the circle.

3-Spiritual: In this life you must have values and mission. these will have you worked with pleasure, you won’t know what tired means, you won’t complain when you get up early, the life will become more meaningfull. Give yourself short times. these times will becomes your break to escape from the busyness and tiredness of life. In these times not do anything even don’t think. Easiest way to do this is meditation. If you will first time experience you should begin short times such as 5 minutes then you can gradually increase.

4-Mentally: In infancy we are begin to wonder and then go on in childhood. When we were in the school we were trying to learn new and hard things, we read thick books and we had dreams. After we graduate, we forgot to feed our brains. Neighter we read a book nor to dream nor write on the down our ideas nor make a plan.
Read book, bond with and think! to understand the future, to learn the past, to live life, to get information, to protect your language, to keep your mind calm, to make the right decision, to see opportunities.
